Guns N Roses – Tour 2011
Marked as one of the unsurpassed rock bands in the late 80’s and early 90’s Guns N Roses had always maintained their performance until strong criticisms pertaining to their songs slowly dragged the group down the charts. The uneventful drag in their career was even made more frantic when members one by one left leaving Axl Rose solely controlling the group.
Before everyone decided to make their own mark in the music industry, Guns N Roses’ famous guitarist Slash continued to work with Axl in the hope of resurrecting their band. New members were seen as they joined and left the group. But shortly after too many controversies with their songs and the failure of their album Illusion, the group seemed to have been totally forgotten by people. Most of the fans assumed that Slash’s decision to leave made the group hit rock bottom. Axl was still determined to continue with Guns N Roses despite frequent downfall. He continued getting band players and in the year 2008 the controversial album Chinese Democracy was finally released. The release gathered many reviews but it was still what the fans are waiting for a long time.
After a long hibernation Guns N Roses Tour 2011 will now start. This will probably be the start of their resurrection. Their 2011 tour is scheduled to conquer United States after 5 long years. The tour is set to start on 28th October jumping off from Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Tennessee and a lot more. They should be going around the US carrying songs from their album Chinese democracy and some of their good old hits like Sweet Child of Mine. Their latest album has embarked a renewed spirit to the group and fans as well. It has gathered several awards and topped various charts all over the world.
